Nope, I care enough to complain about it, half our TV channels were broadcasting it.

Same here...and someone was argueing with me its our ties to Britain that makes Canadians different from Americans...

My argument was its our ability to not idolize people who are Rich and Famous and never worked their life to get there, that differs us from Americans...and its our Independence from Britain that makes us Canadian (and not British)....BUT THATS JUST ME, APPARENTLY.


@snowy: Cucumbers are awesome when used right, very refreshing and great with fresh herbs. I'm getting more into flavour affinities these days, playing with what is known to work already. Its really fun and easy to do so in a drink. I really need to start writing my own recipes down some day.
