huh, all the promoters i know and work with are super awesome and care a whole bunch. but the difference might be LA is a cesspool of fakeness and people willing to backstab to 'make it' and Sac is a miserable shitscape with a smaller scene of people just trying to have awesome shows?

weellll i guess ive heard of some shady dudes in the 'next level up' or whatever, if i want to pay-to-play open for like a semi-popular deathcore band or something.

Well, to be fair, most promoters we work with are cool, she was just particularly great. Surprising for an LA gig, usually those are filled with faux rawkstar weirdness, but this was just some goodtime Bang Yer Head fun. Seems we only normally get that for our usual Berdoo gigs, another shitscape smaller scene only filled with those about to rock, and are saluted accordingly.

Also that's not a shirt, that's my god damn chest tattoo.
