I'd Vote Oz because he's straight to the point and not to worried about setting something straight.

Before I even read it I'm just gonna say that anyone publicising their 'absence' is just looking for attention (in my opinion of course). Although I do agree with what Ermz said around here before, James is/was one of the pros and we need more like him, credible people giving sound, solid advice!
