Seriously, while I like Kreator, they are overrated as a thrash band.
Testament, I would say on the basis that they've done well critically, and sold a decent amount of albums, and the legendary musicians they've had in their line-up over the years. Gene Hoglan, Paul Bostaph, James Murphy, Steve DiGiorgio, Glen Avelais,(guitar-Forbidden)John Tempesta (ex-Exodus drummer)Dave Lombardo. I can't see any of these guys volunteering, unless it's out of respect for Testament. Sure as hell couldn't have been for just money, that's for sure.
I think Artillery - By Inheritance is better along with a couple others on the list.
that's not even really a thrash album
and Exodus isn't deserving at all with only 1 quality release(even though it's amazing)
Try 3 quality releases
im going to be honest and say your opinion isn't really that valid since you wanted Testament in there
that's not even really a thrash album

The band or the Artillery Album? Isn't Terror Squad(Band) Death/Thrash which is why they don't sound the same. But I would have to disagree on you saying Artillery is not a thrash band.
