Movies

hostel. dunno about this one. i like eli roth's eye for detail and the story was interesting but meh, not scary at all. it also lacked the humor that was a big part of cabin fever. from the extras, it's obvious he's a joker. i guess it woulda been a challenge to throw some humor in such an incredibly dark movie.
*spoiler alert*
anyone notice that the two chicks, who are incredibly hot to begin with, look almost hit when they think that their job is done? when paxton finds them in the bar after his buddies are missing and he's been kicked out of his hotel, they look pretty rough. was that deliberate?

they look really really rough at that point. no make-up at all, or perhaps they have make-up on to make them look rough. it's obvious their hair isnt done up. i was wondering if roth did that on purpose. because earlier in the movie, they are quite hot.

in the featurettes, they look downright average. ok, not quite average but one close up of the tall blonde made me go, "gah!" her skin is so bad.

hahaha ... yeah, it IS a movie afterall ... most actresses are downright ghastly without makeup. saw some closeup of Tara Reid the other day beign made up for some modeling shoot on TV ... lordy lordy ...

women that look great without and ounce of makeup > all others

hahaha good tara reid story. im still at a loss as to how she ever got a single role. shes simply not hot. at all.

now i am in the mood to watch some really cheesy movie ...
oh wait ... have Get Rich or Die Trying waiting here ... pipty cent

Yeah, that's what happens when you date a Filipina for several years. I've had enough foreign culture to last me a lifetime. Back to white bread and light beer for me! O wait my current chick was born and raised in Iran, whoops.
