I saw My Bloody Valentine 3D on Friday. The plan was actually to see Friday The 13th immediately followed by MBV, but they overlapped by 20 minutes so, alas, I only caught MBV. It was fairly entertaining, mostly due to the 3D.

My lady wants to see that new Tim Burton movie that is in 3D. I figure I've never actually seen a 3D movie with a real plot, so it's gotta be halfway decent...

I watched the Wicker Man for the second time last night. Why have I waited years to watch this movie again!? It is clearly one of the best films ever made.

I saw the Friday the 13th remake on Friday.
Shit movie and yet so much better than the original....which says something about the original. Jeez.
There were a couple funny parts and some mildly scary bits but overall meh

The original series are some of the worst horror movies of all time. I commented somewhere in these pages how Episode 1 is nearly unwatchable.
So, no, not really a fan.
I usually watch a couple horror movies a year the day they come out. The only one I remember seeing last year was The Ruins...which sucked except for Laura Ramsey's perfect naked body.
A couple years ago I saw The Descent, which is one of the best horror films of all time.

I have cracked up and dowloaded (almost) all Tarkovsky movies - I already owned Stalker on DVD. Watched Solaris yesterday and fuck me what a masterpiece!
