synopsis

well this is just a non-musical Singin' in the Rain. no doubt less gay but more boring.
The Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes was pretty good! The apes that is... the human actors were pretty useless.

The ending was a little cooky, but I found the whole astral projection angle refreshing. Team Troma did well in building suspense and holding my attention.

Rounders- Pretty enjoyable throughout, though ending was anticlimactic.

I don't really give a shit what's done to Shawshank seeing as I hated it because I had read the book first. But remaking Total Recall? Fuck you, Hollywood.

I just watched Buried. I'm a bit claustrophobic so it had my heart beating and my limbs involuntarily stretching to make sure they still could.
It was pretty funny because I knew the premise behind it but the others in the room didn't. After about 5 minutes they started saying "Wouldn't it be fucking crazy if this movie took place solely inside the coffin?" Heh.
