I watched the Lolita with Jeremy Irons today. It was pretty good, but Kubrick's version is better. I watched that for a second time just recently, I appreciated it much more than the first time. I'm really glad I didn't start with that book when going through a Nabokov phase. It's the only book out of the 7 works of his I read that I didn't particularly care for.

Annie Hall is great yet also annoying mainly because Diane Keaton blows. Allen's character makes fun of heavy metal in this one. "What? Did it achieve total heaviosity?"
