I just saw Herschell Gordon Lewis' Colour Me Blood Red, which was shit. Also I re-watched The Crimson River (French movie). Stupidly complicated plot, but fun!

Wolf Creek - really effective Australian horror movie - some nice swipes at the Crocodile Dundee series and the general stereotype of the amiable outback bushman, plus the nastiest bloke-getting-off-a-cross-he's-been-nailed-to scene I've ever cringed through.

Pride & Prejudice - me and this story have issues. To everyone else, this is a romantic comedy. To me, it's insufferably smug rich people and fawning wannabe socialites obessesed with money and class and appearances and social standing, and they make me angry. But yeah, good movie - it just affects me differently from everyone else.
