Can anyone tell me if Andy mixes all in the box or sometimes use a mixing board and what about outboard gear any that you use often??

I'm sure this has been covered but it's a pretty simple yes or no and if you wanna go into details i don't mind

INAB but it's mainly mixing in the box, mastering with Alan Smart C1 and Finalizer (R.I.P.).

I'm sure he uses some outboard gear when tracking though right??

also with that t.c. electronics finalizer it says 96k... Now I'm running protools digi 001 and recording at 44.1 is this still gonna help me as much if i bought one???

Tracking with no outboard gear would surely mean taking the signal straight into an A/D converter. I doubt Andy does that considering the amount of expensive gear knocking about him.
