My most succesful stuff is ANY led zeppelin, Doors work pretty good as well... normally the only music going on though is more like some sort of shitty techno... *thwap* *thwap* *thwap* :loco:

Hahaha, I had to listen to one of their songs for my Russian history class last semester.

Ra Ra Rasputin

There lived a certain man in Russia long ago
He was big and strong, in his eyes a flaming glow
Most people looked at him with terror and with fear
But to Moscow chicks he was such a lovely dear
He could preach the bible like a preacher
Full of ecstacy and fire
But he also was the kind of teacher
Women would desire

RA RA RASPUTIN
Lover of the Russian queen
There was a cat that really was gone
RA RA RASPUTIN
Russia's greatest love machine
It was a shame how he carried on

He ruled the Russian land and never mind the Czar
But the kasachok he danced really wunderbar
In all affairs of state he was the man to please
But he was real great when he had a girl to squeeze
For the queen he was no wheeler dealer
Though she'd heard the things he'd done
She believed he was a holy healer
Who would heal her son

RA RA RASPUTIN
Lover of the Russian queen
There was a cat that really was gone
RA RA RASPUTIN
Russia's greatest love machine
It was a shame how he carried on

(Spoken)
But when his drinking and lusting and his hunger
for power became known to more and more people,
the demands to do something about this outrageous
man became louder and louder.

"This man's just got to go!" declared his enemies
But the ladies begged "Don't you try to do it, please"
No doubt this Rasputin had lots of hidden charms
Though he was a brute they just fell into his arms
Then one night some men of higher standing
Set a trap, they're not to blame
"Come to visit us" they kept demanding
And he really came

RA RA RASPUTIN
Lover of the Russian queen
They put some poison into his wine
RA RA RASPUTIN
Russia's greatest love machine
He drank it all and he said "I feel fine"

RA RA RASPUTIN
Lover of the Russian queen
They didn't quit, they wanted his head
RA RA RASPUTIN
Russia's greatest love machine
And so they shot him till he was dead

(Spoken) Oh, those Russians...

Disregarding B's first post, when I'm making love to my left hand, I usually just listen to a CD-R of babies crying.

...

Boney M was ridiculously huge in Eastern Europe in the 70's .. and still are to a certain extent. They are blacks living in Germany.

They did some reunion show last year in a Russian club here in NY ... tix were about $150 ( was actually thinking of going as I know most of their hits :loco:)

Höhöh╕ this is awesome.

Whoa, what the hell is that bent tuning fork thing!??!

But seriously, being left-handed is great. What is weird, though, is that I do EVERYTHING besides writing with my right hand or in a right-handed style. It's the jews, I'm telling you...

i'm the same way ... I write and eat with my right hand but everything else with the left.

upon further pressing, I found out that I was competelly left handed when small and my parents forced me to learn to write and eat with the right one. There was some stigma those days about being left handed.

Yes... I eat with my left as well. No one really tried to get me to change, but I suppose growing up in a school that was about 90% full of right-handed folks sort of trained me to do some things differently. I noticed the other day that when I play air-guitar, I played it left-handed, but when I try to sit down and play a left-handed guitar, I look like an absolute fool. EWEWEWIRRDSDSDSDDS

yes, I air guitar left handed also.
some of the best guitarists ever were left handed ... Hendrix, Iommi

heh, i thought i was the only left-handed guy who air-guitared lefthanded but played righthanded!

could do what that Dan Swano guy does and just flip over a righthanded guitar without re-stringing it and play it like that

Eh, I suppose if I was old and experienced enough to know that there were guitars for left-handed people, I would have bought one. When I started to play, I was nine years old and my parents got me a right-handed Squier Strat. I guess it felt sort of un-natural at the time, but as you can tell, I got used to it!
