Need more stuff like Rust in Peace, Alice in Hell, or Never Neverland

I think ARTILLERY wold be right up your alley ... really melodic thrash as well as LIEGE LORD. They both have what you are looking for.

You're getting very close to nailing this....super melodic riffs....melodic vocal lines...even if it's not exactly what I had in mind, this is good shit either way. :kickass:

That Defender is so Priest influenced, it's not even funny. That's what I mean by 'more NWOBHM' and less 'Bay Area'!

These two plus the Liege Lord I've listened to repeatedly so obviously we're on the right track!

By the way, the vocalist for Liege Lord also sang for Annihilator, so there you go! :kickass:

Yeah I just listened to that Liege Lord sample twice in a row. Excellent stuff.

What's the best Artillery? By Inheritance?

I think they only had 2 ... possibly wrong ... Fear of Tomorrow and By Inheritance ... both pretty good, with the first being a bit more raw.

did you ever hear Hades? the NJ one?

I need to hear that too, Fagcifer. Just fuckin' upload something from it. Or the whole thing, really, imo.

Ali, you dig Helstar - Nosferatu already right?

If you can handle spanish operatic vocals, you really cannot fucking touch Dantesco. HUGE Mercyful Fate worship with a sprinkle of early Fates Warning, Helstar, and doomy elements.

And Agent Steel kick so much fucking ass it's ridiculous, but Im not sure thats what youre looking for either. Maybe a little to straight-forward in the rhythm dept.

actually, w/e..bbb.

Okay, now that I know more what you're looking for, try:

Evil (Dnk)
Blitzkrieg
Satan
Nightmare (Fra)
Blaspheme
ADX
High Power
Intruder's first album
Iron Angel's second album
Hexx
Maninnya Blade

I'm sorry I'm too lazy to post mp3s, but I'm sure Doomcifer has all this shit, and he seems to enjoy posting mp3s.

These albums are too obvious
Judas Priest - Painkiller
Pantera - Cowboys from hell
Pantera - A vulgar display of power
