Well, it is. It has more of a mystical history. The catholic church was controlling the world, meanwhile the protestants were too busy living on islands and tending sheep.

I'm so sorry this happened but it's for the best. It's obvious he didn't want to be with you, and since you can't force anyone to do anything, you're better off with someone who does want you. It doesn't really matter that he's not worthy but I know that logic seems far off right now.

And I'd like to express condolences for the loss of your aunt. I'm sure she would have wanted you to enjoy the holiday season despite this mess.

I STILL HAVE ONE QUESTION... I'M STILL WONDERING IF HE BROKE UP WITH YOU BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS... SOMETIMES THE EMOTIANAL-NESS OF CHRISTMAS/VALENTINE'S DAY CAN MAKE A PERSON SUDDENLY REALISE THE OBVIOUS THINGS THAT THEY WERE OBLIVIOUS TO BEFORE...

No, he has a Christmas present for me. I got an email from him tonight after a week of silence. Apparently he doesn't want to be friends, but if I'm not too terribly depressed about it all, he will stop by this weekend to drop it off and pick up his things and his gift. It's funny how someone goes from naming your future children one day, to not wanting to be together the next, and wanting you out of their life the next week.

I thought he was gay at first. My friends thought he was gay. People in the Dallas metal scene thought he was gay...I'm thinking we were all right.
