Nevermore opening for In Flames in May in the USA

in flames suck live. they have no stage presence at all, expecially now-a-days.

What I disliked about their stage presence was the jumping up and down. That was annoying....and the fact that ever 15 year old in the crowd was shouting for TRIGGER!!!!!!!! hello? Trigger? Please.......Kids....LOL

What can I say, I enjoy in flames live. Their records might not be up to par lately (Colony and before, I love them), but every time I see them live I see a show more then worth its money.

MY problem with this tour is fucking throwdown. WHY is there a fucking hardcore band on this tour? I'm gonna have to deal with fucking emo's and hardcore dancers while I watch some real metal?

IF is still actually rather good live, if you can edit out the new material by heading to the bar.

Evergrey should be cool. Obviously, I'll enjoy Nevermore, but I don't get Throwdown. Then again, just look at Dragonforce's touring package for some idea of what agents are thinking these days...

edit out new material by going to the bar? that's all they play! the oldest song they play is probably off Clayman... i'm still not interested in seeing them live again. once Anders rapped Colony when they toured with Slayer, it was over for them in my eyes.

still havent changed my mind. I will watch Evergrey and Nevermore, then leave to meet up with the Nevermore guys

what do you mean anders "rapped colony" ............explain

and, the worst part of their stage presence is the fact that they just sit there and do their parts. jesper doesnt move his head unless he is getting his hair out of his eyes.

he RAPPED colony. he moved back and forth with one hand on the mic, the other one pointing to the crowd or whatever, and he did the vocal patterns like a rap. it bothered me to no end

Will, let the Nevermore guys know I want to meet them in MA. :D I want to have the same plan as you. My birthday is in May, so meeting Nevermore will make be happy.

Man, that bill blows, but if it hits Columbus I'll consider going just for Nevermore. I hate N*FLAYMZ and Throwdown, and Evergrey isn't my thing either.

I didn't catch them last tour, but the time before that when I saw them they still played a bunch of old stuff, although not "Artifacts of the Black Rain" of "Moonshield", dammit!

yeah I like them too, and they're great live - but sometimes it feels like they're not playing to their full potential or something, idk its hard to describe. I do really like them though.

Why, oh why can't we ever have a Nevermore headlining tour?

I like In Flames, but I agree with Will, I'll probably watch Nevermore and Evergrey (just cause I've never seen them live), say fuck you to Throwdown and leave to try and meet Nevermore.

That is, if they come anywhere near here.

"Artifacts of the Black Rain" of "Moonshield", dammit!

I heard both last tour, KYAHAHAHAHAHAH!

My opinion of inflames last live show is a lot different then most because my set list WAS from Clayman, Whoracle, Jester Race, and Lunar Strain, with a few new songs mixed in. And I'll be damn if I wasn't impressed.

Inflames has opened for NEVERMORE, and I seen that show in Cali. Why is NEVERMORE opening for Inflames, WTF. Plus, when Inflames came on they were a freakin boring joke.

What the hell is their management doing to them. With TGE they should be flying higher than ever and headlining the freakin world.

it's a sad day when Nevermore is on a tour but you still won't go see it because the other bands just suck that bad.

shit, i'd rather watch CoB and whatever the hell other hXc band it was playing on Unholy Alliance than Evergray and Throwdown. what the fuck, Throwdown??

Opeth opened for Nevermore too once, and look what happened on the last tour. Bullshit.
