QFT. I'm shocked that anyone here wouldn't like it, it was a huge step up by Moonsorrow's IMO. Very much looking forward to the new one!

Same here, for me Moonsorrow is a band that has improved significantly with every album, the fact that the epic factor is doubled on each new release certainly helps out. Will post my thoughts on the half-hour long track posted above later, hopefully it will erase any suspicions that they've finally become too bombastic for their own good...

Trust me, it won't. This is truly a logical and yet all at once an enormous leap forward in their sound. I can't imagine Moonsorrow sounding much better than this. They are not messing around at all here. It's rare that an album can give me chills on the first listen - this did.

I've got one listen and I'm undecided. I think it needs time..it seems very similar to Verisakeet but at the same time does not produce the same effect. Will see..
