First off, at JK's suggestion, all bands who reached the 2005 Final Four (Agalloch, Burzum, Enslaved, and 2005 Champion, Bathory) were removed from this year's tournament. I used a web-based random number generator to assign numbers to each band. The bands were then matched against each other based on those numerical assignments.
A few guidelines for voting:
1 - please vote for one band in each match-up listed, in all four bracket
2 - if you're not familiar with either band ina given match-up, don't vote
3 - there's no one ideal way to determine who to vote for (strength of last release, strength of complete discography, best album artwork, the level of kvltedness, etc.), so vote for who ever you want to vote for.
