They didn't deserve to win their last bowl, the refs won it for them and it looks like it's going to happen again. There is no way that pick was a touchdown

The guy ran the entire pitch - he fucking deserved the touchdown.

I knew someone was going to say something retarded like that. The refs are supposed to call it how it is regardless of whether or not he fucking 'deserved' it.

Almost every single game you claim that perfectly fine calls were fucked up. Try watching that play again and explain to me how that wasn't a touchdown. His knees never even touched the ground, so please lay out how that was not a touchdown, as I would love to hear your (almost always wrong) explanation. The refs thing is complete bullshit too.

Either way...

Fuck, that was an excellent game. Honestly, some of the best plays I've ever seen made happened tonight. I'm all around very happy atm.

Awful botched fumble call at the end of the game, shame such a great game ended up a fuck up by the officiating staff.

Again...WATCH THE FUCKING PLAY AGAIN. The ball was loose before his hand was going forward. And either way, they would have fucking lost.

Everybody needs to stop fucking whining because the Cinderella team didn't win. I don't see where all the hatred of the Steelers is coming from aside from jealousy from Cowboys fans and annoyance that they are a successful team, both of which are absurd reasons to hate a team.

The ball didn't move until his arm was already moving forward, it got hit but he still had possession. Also it doesn't matter if they still would have lost, it was the principle that the officiating staff FAILED to review a HIGHLY questionable call that was rather game changing in scope.

The proper call + the 15 yards tacked on to the end of the play would have resulted in them being around the 35 yard line, which was more than a short enough field for them to not need to hail mary it and to find a way to get Fitz and his mad hops into the end zone for a game winner.

Recall the Falcons earlier in the season. 11 seconds and they still won. The game is NEVER over until the play clock reads zero.

Well that's just dumb. We're not giving out participation trophies here... if he didn't score, he didn't score.

That was a very fuzzy call but that's the point- the video evidence wasn't clear enough to overturn the ruling on the field, so it's gotta stand. I don't see how you can be frustrated except from a purely "I demand Arizona win!" standpoint, anyway, since it was perfectly legit, and as Savern points out, it was hella badass.

That said, what a game!

Completely and utterly wrong. Go watch the Kurt Warner highlights reel on nfl.com to see the play again. It's hard to see from the distance, but you can tell, if you're not already obstinately convinced otherwise, that the ball was loose before the arm went forward. Woodley got there before his arm was going forward. And you CERTAINLY cannot see from that video that that is not the case, so you really have no argument.

Also it doesn't matter if they still would have lost, it was the principle that the officiating staff FAILED to review a HIGHLY questionable call that was rather game changing in scope.

I think they did review it. If it wasn't, it should have been, but it wouldn't have been overturned, so I'm still right and you're still wrong, tbh.

They were on the 44 yard line you dumb my pals. What would get them 15 yards? There was no roughing the passer.

Maybe Warner shouldn't have fumbled, then his team would have had the ball when the clock read zero. ;)

The fact that the final Cardinals play did not even go to booth review is embarrassing. It was clearly close enough to review. If they decide after review that the ruling stands, well, okay. It looked like a forward pass to me, tbh. And the excessive demonstration/celebration penalty would have put the Cards close enough to maybe have two shots at the end zone.

Bad officiating again. I thought the interception return call was correct, but the Cardinals still had to overturn bad calls twice, and they would have challenged the final play had they had the opportunity. The "roughing the holder" penalty was such shit. I was not even aware that it was an actual penalty. And when you're trying to block a kick, naturally momentum carries you in that direction. And there was nothing at all excessive about the contact. Also, the roughing penalty on Roethlisburger was fucking borderline, and it looked like intentional grounding to me, but they didn't show a conclusive replay about that. Overall, it wasn't quite as bad as when the Seahawks got terribly jobbed, but it was dubious.

I didn't find many of the calls to be questionable. The fumble was clearly a fumble, and he clearly got in to the end zone.

It sucks that Pittsburgh got to 6 before us, but it's whatever. I'm still just glad the Eagles didn't win it.

The challenges are there for a reason. You can't always tell on the field what the right call is. I really don't think either of those original calls were poor calls despite being wrong. These people are human, and it's really fucking hard to make those calls in real time at a split second.

The "roughing the holder" penalty was such shit. I was not even aware that it was an actual penalty.

Did he not do the penalty? And he actually trucked two players then, the other guy might have actually been the kicker. And the penalty turned out to be irrelevant anyway, aside from a minute more being gone from the clock.

And when you're trying to block a kick, naturally momentum carries you in that direction. And there was nothing at all excessive about the contact.

He fucking ran RIGHT THROUGH him! Come on man. Please watch this again. That was totally roughing, completely unnecessarily, and absolutely avoidable.

Also, the roughing penalty on Roethlisburger was fucking borderline, and it looked like intentional grounding to me, but they didn't show a conclusive replay about that.

I agree that it was borderline, but borderline means that it could be reasonably called either way, so you shouldn't be complaining about that. And they did show a thoroughly conclusive review about the intentional grounding. They even drew red lines on the field demonstrating where the pocket was and he was clearly over a foot beyond the margin. You must have missed this somehow.

Overall, it wasn't quite as bad as when the Seahawks got terribly jobbed, but it was dubious.

Refresh my memory. I don't recall the circumstances of that game.
