saut said:it's not as if agalloch are bringing absolutely nothing new to the table though. even if we transported them back in time i think they still have something that sets them apart. i think we can definitly agree that agalloch aren't really going to be an important metal band in the long run, but it's nice to see someone picking up the flag that ulver left behind with bergtatt and kveldssanger and move it forward a step or two. i guess what i'm saying is, maybe they aren't a milestone, but they're definitly a part of the path between milestones.
