Is the transfer rate limit down to 8 kb/s? It seems that's the highest I can get right now with my cable modem...

Any aussies with telstra broadband d/l some vids yet? Should send them to each other (or even burn to cd and mail) cause im pretty sure the sender doesnt get charged the traffic if sending to another bigpond user. Would be heaps faster then.
