Cheers dude! Hope they come out great too! Had some trouble with the toms, the kit itself isn't the best, it's essentially in the mediocre range and the toms are shallow, *my brother loves the tight bongy sound etc* but we tried to keep the low and slappy, and they didn't hold too great the whole recording! But I hope in the end it works out fine, the OH sounded stellar, the snare was good, but needs a nice thick sample behind it and yeah! The room mic... OHHH the room mic haha!

btw... I like german beers, fosters is SHITE!

I'd say Foster's is pretty good, especially in the "oil can" that keeps it super fizzy.

+1 You guys do know there are literally thousands of combinations you could come up with using the Slate samples that don't have to sound so similar to what we've been hearing lately, right? Of course slate samples can be used in great ways... To help augment a sound and perfect it usually, the way I assume they were meant to be used... The joke was as stated about 7 times now??? Just taking the piss and having a laugh about all this crap! Really... People crack it if you go into one of those threads and bag those crabcore mixes right...
So can I complain about the people coming in here and ruining the experience of my bands first official studio vid???

The sneap forum is 1 small niche who get to see this, others have seen it and laughed and enjoyed it!

I suggest you do the same or simply take your own advice people and just don't comment in here! Plenty of interested people willing to enjoy and ask some questions of their own without people coming in with desperate attempts to continue the usual bullshit!!

Are those Hafler TRM monitors on the outside of the NS10's? I had a chance to buy Hafler TRM's a while ago for $300 and to this day I regret not buying them.

Yeah dude! I think they were the same speakers! But honestly... $300 well saved from our experience! Very fatiguing and extremely bad representation of highs all the way up.
