Yuffie is the worst character in any FF game... period. I hate her and all the shitty fan fictions about her.

Yuffie is just weird. So is her whole side quest at Wodai or something like that, the Pagoda deal. She's good at stealing items though :p Vincent > Yuffie though

its wutai!!!!! get it right! and yes vincent owns

I'm the only bastard that voted for FFT? WTF!?!?1 I've played FFIV-X-2, and the only one of those that I have played more than once all the way through was FFT (which I have beaten at least 5 times, plus getting all the hidden treasures, bar adventures, Cloud Strife, Deep Dungeon, etc. etc.). It is by far my favorite with the FF title, mainly because it's so different! It's a really cool RPG, and I wish Square would make a REAL sequel to it instead of a GameBoy POS that no REAL Square fan would have.

On a sidenote, seven would be my 2nd pick. It's the only game that ever stirred emotion in me. Anyone who has played that, should've cried (at least on the inside)... Maybe I was just in an *emo* mood....

LoL I know that I have spent at least 120 hours on just ONE completion of that game! I'd hate to think of the total amount of time I've spent playing it.
:OMG:

I would hate to imagine how much time I have spent on the entire series, considering I started playing the first FF when I was 4 years old

FFT pwns...I've played it multiple times! Just because it wasn't voted for, doesn't mean it Doesn't KICK H'ASS!

I think the most emotional cinematic/part of any game to ever be released was when Sephiroth kills Aeris. Especially since the connection the charcters come to have with her, and the connection you come to have with them! I think thats what makes sephiroth so bad... The fact he killed Aeris how he did...and when he did!

Honestly I laughed at that part. Not that it was funny, but I was laughing at the way I knew it would happen (because everyone talks about it like it should win an oscar or something) and how utterly disappointed I actually was. I was so shocked I just cracked up. It's terribly done. In fact, I found Aeris as a character to be very annoying for most of the game.

When Aeris died the thing that stirred in me was "What the hell is that materia that falls in the water?". I'm probably just a dumbass but if anybody could answer that for me I'd appreciate it.

It's the antithesis to Seph's apocalyptic meteor, i think it was 'holy' but something or other of that nature. and yes, that was my second thought after "wow what a stupid scene" - "damn, now i'm going to have to go get that after i kill this guy"

I was blessed when I played FF7 for the first time...nobody I knew played it really. The one kid who did just said, "Get it, it's worth it." So I bought it a few months later and was absolutely floored. The first time I saw Aeris die was indeed sad :'( I do believe that materia was Holy too. <3 FF7

I hated Aeris, so I was kind of happy when she died. Also, it rules that a main character was killed off in a videogame.

I thought the part in FFX where Tidus "dies" was more emotional, not because he dies, but because of the way that Yuna runs to him and tries to hug him but she just goes through him and falls. To me, that was done a lot better than the Aeris scene. Then again, it's also a much newer game so it has the benefit of having really good graphics for the characters' facial expressions.

The fact that Aeris did die, and the fact she was a main character was a shocker I think for most people... because it rarely happens! (especially back in the day when FF7 was new) for the people who did know it was going to happen that sux... but for those of us who where suprised it was defenetly a sad cimenatic...

And yes the materia that fell was white materia (holy) It was kinda funny how she carried it around in her hair the whole game... than she died and it was like all of a sudden you realize how important she was to the game lol! I didn't find Aeris annoying...not as much as Yuffie anyway! I just found her character a little Childish..which was weird since in the move 'advent children' she seems to be rather mature and the 'mother' figure as they all call her lol!

When Tidus died that was also pretty fucking sick! I must agree ThornsofSorrow... But yeh remember the cinematics are obviously better!

At the very end of FFX, it seems like I remember Square leaving it up to you whether or not Tidus actually died (or left Yuna's reality). My memory of the ending is foggy, but I do remember Yuna running to hug him and her arms and body went through him, but later on, it seems as though I remember thinking "Maybe he's not really dead...." but then again maybe I was stoned.

Can anyone remember the ending? Am I crazy to be thinking that?

I selected that FF games suck. Why? Because I never had SNES for one, and 2, according to your list there are THIRTEEN Final Fantasy Games. SOOOO unnecessary. SO much must be going on in the story that I figured I might as well never get involved.
