Yes, I take Excedin. I bounce between the Migraine and the Tension Headache formulas, depending on how bad it is. I really don't care how it works, only that it does. My pharmacist said it's the combination of aspirin, Tylenol and caffeine that makes it work so well, and that's why neither ingredient by itself does nearly as much for pain.

That's why I always try to take my Tylenol with some pop. You can also do a combination of all three, but I don't remember the quantities. I think you have to use the 81mg Aspirin to do it (so you don't overdose on pain meds).

Of course, I found just lying down in the dark with a cold rag over my head works wonders.
