This is Starbreaker:
Starbreaker is a bad Puppy. I came home today to find a sea of stuffing and fluff all over the living room floor. The source of the fluff wasn't immediately obvious. Nevertheless, on careful inspection, I learned that my darling puppy had eaten on of the arms off the couch. Bad puppy! No cookie! Outside! *sigh* Untill the puppy ADD wears off I have no clue if he even hears me and my whole house smells like Bitter Apple. But really -- the couch! I am just having trouble imagining that thought process, even for a dog..
Here's my baby grrr Tinkerbell:
Tinkerbell is 8 years old and almost never eats couches anymore.
These are my Koi, Sushi and Bob.
Sushi and Bob have never even nibbled at the couch, though both have gone "over the wall" and done carpet time more than once. I need to build a new pond so they have more room.
This is Vern:
(Shown here on the bed with his kitty who has chosen the clean laundry for a nice napping spot.) Vern died of bone cancer in June of last year. I miss my boy -- he was the coolest dog ever. Vern made Lassie look like she needed a helmet.
The way I see it, if I just get the pond built so I can put the Koi in it, put a couple gerbils in the fish tank, and get a bird or two, I can start calling my house the "Blonde Zoo and Aquarium" and charge $2 a head entry fee.
