It was mainly the Celtic,Visi-Goths,Amazon,Some viking.

That's what I thought. So western civilization picks up a religion that a) started in the Middle East, and b) was spread around by a Mediterranean (sp?) nation. And everyone thinks Jesus looked like a surfer dude with his flowing blonde hair and chiselled good looks!

Actually, I believe that Jesus existed, but I don't believe that God exists. Jesus, in my opinion, was a normal guy who walked around spreading his beliefs, and people liked his ideas and subscribed to his newsletters.

Why do people think he was the son of God? Just because he said so?
