Let me know what you think of this. I have a copy somewhere that I've never listened to more than twice....but the timing was wrong for me when I got it.

I was really into their 3rd release, III Sides, which is a masterpiece.

III Sides if the shit....
Punchline has some pretty good momments on there.
It was maybe too modern for the era in which it was released...
Or my taste has changed? It's a solid rock record, no cheese!

Dreadfully old school. Almost disturbingly so, although at least the Motörhead is "new." Old band, but new performance.

That was my first CD ever I still have it on Polydor records. Does the reissue have any bonus tracks or special stuff?

NP: Allen/Lande - 'Universe Of Light'

Nope. Just a remaster. Still, $10.99 ain't too awful. I'm kind of a sucker for the Joe Lynn Turner Rainbow. I have fond memories of that stuff.

Just bought the High Voltage remaster today, and also downloaded the Let There Be Rock concert vid from Bit Torrent. It's even cooler than I remembered it being. I'm on a big AC/DC swing, and in the last week have purchased the remasters for:
Highway to Hell
Flick of The Switch
High Voltage
For Those About To Rock...
and
The double sided Back in Black with DVD documentary on one side (Doc is just ok).

I used to own them all but if there was one band I burned out on, it was AC/DC about, oh, 8 years ago. The stuff suddenly sounds all fresh and new, seriously. It's like falling in love all over again (they were my first favorite heavy band). I had the poster that is now the picture on the inside of the gatefold sleeve of For Those About...(remaster) hanging on my wall for years.
