Major plus for me on the Mac is you don't need ant-virus software, and you can use your recording/mixing computer for personal use on the internet far more liberally.

Unless you're looking at pr0n on the wrong websites, you shouldn't need anti-virus on Windows either :Smug:

I have a very similar setup as of now. As soon as I order the Axe FX, I don't personally find the need for more. But I'm not as picky about my sound as some here.

Looking very cool dude, but you should really get some cornertraps /superchunk cornertraps to treat the bass and also some broadband absorbers.
They will do wonders, your other absorbers are neither broadband nor basstraps, only high end high-mid absorbers.
Plus DIY-absorbers aren't expensive at all.

Haha yeah, I'm currently building my own studio.. it's 100fold more work than one would imagine Didn't know you already had plans on (more) acoustic treatment, I just felt like mentioning it because the studio looks really cool - I especially envy you for the big liveroom
