Aw c'mon, no love for the chrome treadplate?

sorry, but to me the chrome diamondplate always looks cheap on the rectos...like some kind of tinfoil glued onto it...
would look much better with a less shiny brushed/rusted/used look IMO.
I always hated this phony/cheap looking chrome-plate.

Eh I actually do really like the Diamond plate/Treadplate look of Rectos, always looked MUCH cooler to me than say, a 6505 or something with a more plain appearance

The white tolex in this pic is debatable, but the black treadplate/black panel combination wins for me as far as Recto aesthetics go:
