Finland has some pretty good bands, especially COB and Sargeist...then they have Finntroll and Ensiferum which im on the fence about. honestly they have some pretty fun songs but they arent exactly the most interesting bands, pretty generic for folk metal if you ask me

Personally i think sweden has the best bands out off all the scandinavian countries

Oh I didn't mean it in THAT way, yeah ? I wasn't hinting at "multiculturalism" or anything like that - I meant, because of its sheer size (twice the population) and wealth/influence in the region rather, the social climate must've been more one of cosmopolitan society, whereas perhaps Norway was more recluse and less in the spotlight (less in the ...northernlight ?) ...
