i'll be there, organize forum-related activities (well: drinking. and meeting the band. what else is there? 
), and generally try to make everyone from um coming have a pleasant time. i talked with the band about tuska in the past few days and, as expected, they're cool with my ideas about how to make the event special for the regulars here (those who will travel or already are in finland, at least). so expect fun and joy.

Am I coming? Yes, definitely.
And VC, accommodation shouldn't be that big of a problem; there are many cheap (~20 euros a night) hostels not that far from the festival area. Camping would of course be cheaper but nearest camping sites aren't, well, near.
I for one will try to rent my friend's sister's apartment for the weekend but it's a small one and i'm not sure a) if i even get it and b)how many (non-um) friends i'll bring with me. It's possible that i can share it with someone but definitely not certain yet.

No, apart from jokes no, the amount of money in my wallet now and forever is more or less 10 euros and my parents have already too much to pay for everything concerning my next year of study and the ones after (i'll get a job of course, but i doubt i'll make millions). That's too bad cause i'd love to meet many um-ers and see the band ( :hotjump: )

I wish I had more time to contribure to threads like this, but since this is about the 4th time I´ve gotten on UM this month, and the first time I hit this forum let alone this thread, as you can imagine, I´m a little pressed for time.

@DiM: we should switch places. I'd live in the land of hot guys and be able to visit Tuska to make out with someone hott. You can be here in a frozen wasteland with trash people, crappy music, high suicide rates, and going to the mall every day (since it's the only thing to do).
Um, also the hideous surroundings of Deadmonton are so inspiring to see every day in the morning.
