The Gaming Thread

How many mods did you get going? I have like 10 installed. I particularly enjoy these though. Jaysus swords adds 53 new unique swords you can craft, and Skyrim Monster Mod just adds lots of new enemy types, it's kind of nice running into new enemy types every once in a while

 great way to spend a birthday would be to play games all day, and pick up some new ones ive been meaning to try.

but of course the power is out, and i cant get a moment to myself

recluse problems

worth every penny imo. i got it first day. if you think you will keep playing long enough to enjoy all 4 expansions, then i think it will be worth it as you get a discount on all of em. plus a few novelties such as gun skins and the ability to reset your stats (so it only counts towards your stats from the reset onwards, you keep your level/unlocks/kills). im loving the new guns so far, and close quarters is gonna be a shitshow :D

bought max payne 3, its facking awesome!

Has anyone here heard anything about the game Watch Dogs? I didn't even know it existed until today, and I don't know how it remained unknown so long. It's an open world GTA style game but you play as a sort of "super-hacker" (I think, or maybe you control electronics through your mind?) and can use basically any electronic device in the game to achieve mission objectives or just fuck with people. You are able to do anything from changing streetlights, to seeing people's information via their cell phones, to deactivating the lights in a building, to taking control of camera and security systems and more. As you progress you gain more and more abilities and control over your surroundings. The game is a lot more stealth oriented than action but it has a bit of everything. It's being described as a futuristic cross between Hitman, Assassins Creed and GTA 4.

I fucking want it

you should try EYE divine cybramancy, you can upgrade your gun skills among other things, but one specialisation is hacking, since its the future and everyone has cyber brains, you can even hack your enemies

got the staff of herding in diablo :D

Yeah my friend was going on about Watch Dogs. There's also a new game coming out called The Last Of Us that looks fucking rad...and the studio that produced Heavy Rain is making a new one as well that looks pretty fucking awesome.

Diablo 3. decided to try playing hardcore. as in, you die once, and character gone, deleted (even warns, blizzard will not reset for any reason). you also dont share a stash with other characters. decided to go with a monk, to remind me to be patient and careful. cant afford errors

so much more stressful, normal mode is easy, but knowing you cant die is scary. just beat act 1, level 16. the butcher almost killed me and my friend, was down to 15% health at one point when he pulled me back into fire. i honestly love it.

i want to see how far i can take him, i am prepared for his death. its not a matter of if he'll die, but when
