Yeah, I actually played DiRT for 15 minutes and hated it so much that I just gave up on rally games altogether. I'll probably buy Dirt Rally when it goes on steam summer sale.

Braj, did you play the right game? Dark Souls is never difficult because of enemy hp, but because of mechanics.

Caleb I still don't understand your point of view. It's the exact same thing as watching any other sport! Analysts, tactics, highly professional players, tournaments, leagues, trophies, commentators, yes even trash talk... I'll admit I don't get the betting thing, but I don't get that about football etc. either. Please elaborate on what you don't believe?

Endured it for 2-3 hours. Every enemy required only jumping around it, nothing more. Jump, jump, slash, jump jump, slash, repeat until dying of boredom
We had this talk before, again, I AM playing and I AM betting, because im a gambler. Every professional player watches the game he plays so he can be up to date and get better. People who watch CS and dont play it is minority of like 1 %. I dont get how you can watch games that youre not playing yourself though, I only watch footbal during Euros or World Cups, because it's great event. Same for olimpics. Beside for those 4 dates i dont watch sports at all because i dont give a fuck about something i dont play.

^That's basically my point of view as well. Other stuff isn't interesting because I don't know a lot about it. I'm not at all invested in it, but it's really fun to watch pro CS because I know what it's about. Plus, it's probably the most accessible esport

Yea, FPS games are easy to watch, the goal of the game is easy, kill your opponents. Its much harder in MOBA games, altough they suck nowadays and are about picking the most OP champion and win with it.

I mean, yeah you position yourself based off of enemy attack patterns and how you build your character to deal with the different ones. That's about it though, it's not a bunch of guys that are just hard for having a higher hp, like the hard mode of most games.

Im Dark Souls hater since because of the hype I was expecting some real hardcore experiance, I got "hardcore wannabe" expriance. Still consider its the worst 60 usd ive ever spent when it comes to gaming.
And yea, I agree about hard more of most recent games, it's just adding more HP to enemies or cheating AI (not smarter).

its not adding hp to enemies lol. they all die in like 3 strikes, same as you. you can dodge, or you can invest in health and armor and use a shield. youre confused. its fair for once, which makes it difficult. and it sounds like you scratched only the surface.
its like saying metal gear solid sucks, i played 2 up to that skating fatass and hated every second.
@PhlegethonVeins really enjoying ds3, level design is amazing. its both confusing and really well structured. the combat seems really fluid too, really well paced, easy to progress through the levels but easy to fuck up too. seems well balanced too, ive used a variety of weapons and am doing well, but cant seem to stick to one thing haha. gonna restart tonight i think XD

It's hard not to hate playing as Raiden in metal gear, but I would say that if you started playing the game from the 2nd game then youre retarded :3.
Maybe i scratched only the surface. But i wont deal with retarded controls, boring design, bad graphics (they cant even get head proportion right lmao) bad voice acting and then the boring combat. If it gets good after 145 hours and after slaying another OP monster then ill pass and play some good games. Even witcher 3 doesnt have such bad combat as Dark Souls and its also basically jumping around enemies, but at least i have more tools to have fun.
