If you're referring to the Seals vs SAS argument

You won't even know you're being watched by the Seals until AFTER you're dead and you're kicking yourself in the ass in hell. Seals can hide anywhere, strike anywhere, and not even suffer a casualty.

Exactly, they were the first and so clearly are the best. Nobody knew they existed for almost 20 years after they were started. If you were being watched/killed by the SAS you wouldn't ever know, not even after you were dead, buried and gone to hell. You would never know.
