well... I haven't seen things like that here in sweden yet, I mean such obvious ghettos yet I do have seen things like that in spain and portugal, is the same everywhere methinks... everywhere but norway most probably XD

We have those places here too unfortunately,in 99,99% those are areas with gypsies Gypsies are a huge soical problem here cause they dont want to work or get any education (a lot of them never finished a primary school) Instead of that, they mostly beg for money on the streets

there are some gypsy families in chile, they usually don't make so many problems yet people tend to reject them... they don't mix with local people tho, gypsies marry gypsies only, that the law it seems not that I care anyways, each to his own.

Most ppl here (including me) hate gypsies which is pretty uderstandable when you see them here. They dont want to get any education, dont want to get any decent job and in Belgrade a lot of them dont even have IDs.They arent putting any effort to help their kids to live better, instead they usualy make them to go on the streets to beg for money.
Funny thing is that country is really trying to help them, like few years ago country spent millions and millions of euros on free apartments for them and when they got them, gypsies sold them for 2-3 000 of euros and moved back to slums with no running water and electricity. Im too embarrased to post pics of those slums
