I think this is an obscure theoretical argument, since we haven't specified who sucks who, i.e. do dwarves/hobbits (either he or she ones) suck each other, do dwarves suck hobbits and vice versa, or even human beings?
Until the categories are cleared, we cannot really decide upon the issue.

Whatever, recent studies agree to consider that she-dwarves and hobbits don't have to kneel down to suck human beings because of talls differences. There are hobbits fags but dwarves are all straight : axe is a symbol of virility.
Hobbits and dwarves sucking each others have been observed but they were very reluctant and the sucked didn't enjoyed. Human beings never suck hobbits or dwarves. Other questions ?

As to the question of zoophilia, my definite answer is "no", you cannot find either hobbits or dwarves in zoos, therefore, they cannot engage in zoophilic activities.

But what about elves ? To me, elves can be considered as "human beings" except they aren't sucked by dwarves because dwarves bite them.
