Few things what i dislike in it:

i think the logo would be better without the white outline and maybe brighter... if needed

The work-out of the hand is a bit rough imho. Mostly the upper arm is disturbing, the edges seems too sharp. And i'm not sure if it's the best model for the picture.

The wavy edge of the black stripe in the bottom area is a bit disturbing too... i'm not sure if the picture needs that black stripe anyway.

Nevertheless it's a nice picture and i like it.

I'm the small guy. But i have to lay down immediately that i'm not bald in truth.

How i do it? You mean the technique? ...i think it's just the usual way of photomanipulation. Photography and photoshop.
