I think Opeth's first two albums in general are under appreciated by the majority of Opeth fans themselves, it's always, BWP, SL and MAHYH. While they are great albums, and possibly superior to Opeth's first to efforts, I don't feel they get the appreciation they deserve.

people who got into opeth after sl or bwp tend to like the first two albums a little less than those who got into opeth with orchid, morningrise or mayh.
