So I tried mixing bbq sauce and chipotle mayo (my cheap rendition made up of store brand miracle whip and chipotle tabasco) as the pizza sauce for my upcoming BLEU RIBBON PIZZA.... but the sauce was not so enjoyable straight from the spoon. I blame this entirely on store brand miracle whip, though. I should try a much fresher sauce with actual mayo and a fresh chipotle sauce made from the canned chipotle w/ adobo.

Also it's the mixing with BBQ that may be killing the enjoyment factor, I might just nix that since the only time I eat BBQ on the bleu cheese burgers are the ones from Red Robin.
 
I don't doubt it.

But in my process of trying to find out if anyone actually puts mayo on their pizza, I'm finding out it's HUGE in Japan.
