I wish I'd be able to show these pictures as they really are, but because they're scanned using a poor scanner that makes them about 50% darker than they actually are, the quality of the scans are regrettably not nearly as good as the actual photos.

I am however on the hunt for a good and not too expensive digital camera, so if any of you knowledgeable photographers have any suggestions,feel free to, well, suggest

As for the camera. I own both an Olympus C740 and the Canon EOS 300D. The price difference is huge, but if you look at my portfolio, you'll see there really isn't much difference in photo quality.
