Just to have a bit of fun, record whatever you want... doesn't necessarily have to be Opeth, but I figured I better put it on the thread anyway so it stays 'on-topic'.

But generally, it goes like this:
1. You record a riff.
2. Somebody guesses what it is.
3. They or someone else records etc. etc.

I actually wasnt too happy with serenity. I fucked up on the lead, but couldnt be fucking taking it again or remixing the rhythm and lead tracks.. but yeah, u hear it.. its there haha, job done.

Good work man, was forgetting how sweet Drop D can sound hehe.

Ok, since I dont play guitar, but drums, I had to record some drums instead. But I dont have a mic with my drums, so I had to record it in front of the computer, with a cup used as a symbal.

Argh man, the drum ones are hard. I always think 'oh man I know this!!' coz it sounds so familiar, but I can NEVER get a specific, even when Lopez is doing drum takes on the DVD. So that's a pass for me man :s

Demon, haha, its fine, its within the rules of the 'game' to play riffs from other bands, I just thought it should predominantly be OPeth coz its their board and all that.

So do I man, but my computer is being a bitch and I can't record with tone as sharp and precise as that anymore . It keeps muting everything I play to some extent... like WTFF!!!
