Well I went on a bus ride round North Manchester and I have never seen so much deprivation. Flats were practically falling down with half of them burnt out, lots of lower floor flats boarded up with grafiti all over them, graveyards are vandalised, grafiti, abandoned cars burnt out everywhere and gangs of druggies, chavs & truants everywhere. What an experience, this area must be worse than the US ghettos.
