I just had a bison burger (The Kitchen Sink) from Ted's. Good stuff. Bacon, onions, cheese, ham, and fried egg on a slab of bison.

I eat only fish and chicken (rarely). And no, I'm not a vegan, I just can't eat meat.

I bought my cast iron skillet for this but have yet to buy the meat.

I also have future plans to attempt some pulled pork in a slow cooker, and some Carne Asada.

Both are things that can be made in large quantities that , if successful, will be introduced to the world at MEAT CAMP '08

I feel disgusted. I just love animals too much. Though, I don't mind other people eating meat, it's just my personal 'thing'. And I know it sounds silly and stupid but oh well.
