In my lifetime, I estimate that I have spent around 4,000 on traffic violations. Where did this money go I wonder? Was it part of a grant to help re-build a local orphanage? Was it turned around and used to fill the potholes that ravage my axels? Perhaps it went to planting some trees in a barren part of town? Nope. It all went to worthless negars!
