I think so too. Square Enix have produced a new Final Fantasy every second year for the sake of doing it, kind of like Disney when Walt passed. The series have gone downhill ever since Sakaguchi left the company.

I THIRD this fact!
I've never really managed to get into the game due to the stupid combat system of taking turns. Fuck taking turns let's battle like it's meant to be done
and they are dragging it on waay too far

here's a fact for ya. compared to morrowind, oblivion, fallout or any other elder scrolls game the final fantasy games are gash. i really don't see the attraction to them at all. get yourself a xbox360 or ps3 an try them. much better games in my opinion. also MAG on ps3 is pretty good

Everyone knows that vMETALLICAv's opinion doesn't count, because quite simply he is a lincoln log
I must admit I don't particularly like them either, my attention span is too limited. Turn based strategy games like Advanced Wars and Fire Emblem are awesome though

Oblivion..... not so much. I don't know what it is about that game, but I just don't like it all that much.
Final Fantasy games are some of my games ever though. They have better story's then the ones you mentioned. As odd as it seems, I like watching cutscenes. More so than standing next to what ever is happening.
But opinions are opinions. To each their own.

see i prefered oblivion to fallout as it had a more varied world where as fallout mostly looks the same. both real good games though. fallout new vegas should be good

Anyone who have gotten Mass Effect 2? ME1 and ME2 are the best games i've ever played. Awsome stories!

I got Empire total war and didn't think that much of it, i reckon it was cause they added more ranged units. And the Naval battles were rubbish.
Rome is still the best in my opinion. I also find it a really interesting period in history.
