My wife bought a thing of walnut milk to try. It's actually pretty okay but it reeks of walnuts so if you didn't like them I imagine it would be poison. Kroger has pistachio and macadamia milk too. I'm not paying $7 for a little carton out of curiosity but those sound amazing.

I drink three red bulls a week or so, but otherwise I'm really into water and milk. Separately. I might be one of the only adults I know who regularly has a glass of milk before bed.

I drink a decent amount of coffee and no I should just limit myself to just one or two cups in the morning. oh well, I always had sleep problems and do not like sleep aid, but I bought melatonin which is a natural sleep aid and will see how it works.

I do that sometimes, not that I sleep better, but I don't have trouble sleeping after drinking coffee so I don't mind drinking a cup if I feel like it.

On the milk thing, I drink it all the time. The above argument that it comes from cow utters is kinda weird imo, do you not eat cheese or whipped cream either?

Regarding milk, for a while I was drinking raw milk, and it was fucking delicious. It was super creamy and just tasted clean. I hardly ever drink milk now except if I make oatmeal. I take my coffee black and usually twice a day (once in the morning and again in the afternoon)
