Those are the dates that they are opening for Tool; which I also didn't know. Wish I bought them tickets when they went on sale even more now. All the fag Tool fans will probably just make fun of it though like they did Big Business a few years back. Faggots. Tool is one of my favorite bands of all-time but I really can't stand their fans.

edit: Tool really picks some good underground bands to tour with them, which is pretty badass.

I think this sounds more in the vein of Black Breath than converge. Either way, is fecking cool

Yeah, that song and a lot of what they do (on this album anyhow) reminds me a lot of Entombed. That Death n Roll/Metal with Punk attitude. Then they'll bust out a grindcore song on your ass followed by a doom-riff laden song. They rule.

yeh im not saying these guys sounds that close to converge, but there are definite similarities in tone/style/intensity. this is way more 'crusty' and less kind of jagged/staccato/weird rhythms (among other differences), but it seems like someone who's all about this would like Jane Doe at least?

I dig some shit on Jane Doe but then there are things that just turn me off on that album. I tried listening to it again tonight actually.
