Porcupine Tree - They don't get mentioned as often as they should.

I'd say they are far from underrated. They may not be mainstream but they get plenty of mention in the prog rock scene.

EDIT: Some of their songs are on V-Cast as ringtones. I'd consider that far from underrated.
