well, i think that more "die-hard" fans of katatonia love, or atleast appreciate every album, but alot of people i know that just "like" katatonia, like them for their stuff post-akerfeldt.
i think, atleast amongst alot of people i know, that the whole akerfeldt-era is kind of underrated.
i think BRAVE MURDER DAY is by far one of the best albums ever.
i just got a tattoo today, down the forearm "they lost the earth in fire"
endtime is amazing imo. and one of my top katatonia songs aswell, so...

Scarlet Heavens? I've seen people here say they don't like it. I personally rank it among my favourite of the band's songs because a) it stands out from alot of their stuff, b) a bit of goth never hurt anyone and c) its actually a gorgeous song.

The good thing about Katatonia being underrated...is that they still need to push themselves a LONGEER way before they can release an album...which means extra good quality. That and they stay a bit depressed..Great! ;D
