65 euro+15 euro for some bag, that well, was worth it, but you got pissed that you needed to pay 15 extra >_<

.. but I also payed for the bus trip from Denmark, s&#229; about 150euro for me. (edit: I like that I wrote accidently "s&#229;", instead of "so", haha.. Not to convert to english again!)

Haha, well, I heard they sucked, so I was happy to not have seen Celtic Frost. I like their music, but D'EspairRay was great, so I can't complain there!

And probably just "great", the Orphaned Land gig though.. orgasmic and just as good as my previous OL gig (in Denmark, with Paradise Lost).

Didn't they play any more songs than that? I got my Mabool and El Norra Alila signed. And chatted with the guys. Yossi told me about what he did in Denmark - he was in our Golden Tower in Tivoli (an amusement park, how tr00 of you! ), hehe. But sadly there came to much out of Avi's pen, so my papes got kinda stock together and messed it up, oh well - it's the thought that counts

my Mabool LP was ruined too - Kobi tried to sign on the front, but it didnt stick so now the front is ugly, which is stupid because i really bought it for decoration only (and to support the band of course).

Woah, 80 Euros? That's a lot. I guess it's not so bad if there are a lot of bands that you want to see though. I have payed almost that much for Maiden tickets (though the show was cancelled). What do they put in the gift bag?
Even if someone said Celtic Frost sucked, I still hope to see them in September. Especially since my place in NY is a ten, maybe 15 minute walk from the venue. I also found out that there is a chance that I might be able to meet the band, so that would kick ass!

80 euros for 2.5 days of bands is not that bad.

the bag was 15 euros. you got 5 back if you gave them a full bag of trash. so it's 10 euros for some flyers, a wacken rain poncho, an inflatable put-your-ass-down-and-have-a-drink-pillow, a cd... and probably some more stuff.

and yeah, I got my money back. It took me like half a minut to do it, haha.

They are definitely really smart with the garbage. I heard they also give you a Euro for each cup you bring them (I heard about this from a review of when Satyricon and Darkthrone were there, although I'm not sure if that was even Wacken). I'm sure doing that makes the after festival cleanup much easier.

in reality, wacken makes ten thousands of euros on those cups alone.

The best thing about it was that there's was "wacken" on them. I think that's cool, because them you can bring them home as a suvinear (sp?).

I was in front of Yossi during the concert, near the mexican flag. The guys were great! OL rules.

Shalom shalom! I got back yesterday, but I was so tired from running around and talking to everyone, the only thing I could do was sleep!
Now I am working overtime to fix the pics and everything.
Yup- I was the one Yossi was handing water to in front of the stage. He is always such a nice guy, thinking that I must be thirsty filming the whole show with the sun burning on my head!!!

The setlist, as well as all my pictures will be on the Oprhaned disciples site as soon as I have them ready. I'll let you know.
Now what I was a bit sad about was not meeting you PinkThrone....

i wanted to go to Wacken so badd.. but you know why not? lol coz im a 17yr old KID that has 3 jobs goes to college and school. and im all the way here in Aus. im sure i can work up the cash with them jobs but ive still gotta depend on parents permisson and no one would wonna go with me. how fucked up is that??!
