Definately, *Fanomas*' first album, as well as the movie cover album. Not to mention anything with Patton involved. Disco Volante by Mr Bungle is especially tripped out weird. (and the music doesn't suck)

I think Scissorfight is weird in a good way.

Candiria is weird indeed
But you do not fully understand what weird is until you hear The dillinger Escape Plan. Check under the running board is just so alien music, it sounds like its just chaos but it has alot to it is just a big experiment with disonance and unusual compasses and irony like jazz in the middle of the song etc. If you are up for weird do not let it pass
