Weird whistle in Time?

This is one of those geekier questions, but what is up with that sound at 3:38 in "Time". Sounds like someone is whistling ore something.

Always found it to be quite spooky actually, because it stands out - totally out of context.

Anyone but me noticed this? Or is my cd just off?

Without having the cd with me I cannot say I know what you're talking about - but will keep an ear out....

I've noticed that. I always thought it sounded like something leaping in a Mario game or something. Very peculiar.

I just listened for it.
And there's definitely no whistle or Mario sound effect on my disc. Are you sure it's right around 3:38???
I think you guys are crazy.
